We reserve the right to cancel or modify tours due to unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel, you’ll receive a refund or credit for undone services.

  1. Travel Documents & Airline Tickets

You’re responsible for obtaining necessary travel documents (visas, passports, etc.) and verifying flight details.

  1. Pricing

Prices are based on double occupancy and may change without notice. Single supplements may apply, and currency fluctuations may affect prices.

  1. Tour Changes and Itineraries

Tours and itineraries are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. Our guides may modify itineraries for safety and security.

  1. Refunds and Credits

No refunds or credits for unused services, including no-shows without valid reasons.

  1. Liability

We’re not responsible for injuries, losses, or damages caused by weather, strikes, or other force majeure events.

  1. Unruly Client Behaviour

We reserve the right to terminate tours without refund if you behave in an unruly, abusive, or disruptive manner.

  1. Itinerary Review

Please review your itinerary carefully and contact us with any questions or concerns.

  1. Health and Mobility

Clients must disclose medical conditions or physical limitations. We may refuse service if special assistance is required.

  1. Waiver of Liability

You’ll be required to sign a waiver of liability for activities and wild animals.

  1. Activity Requirements

Some activities have age, height, weight, or health requirements. We may refuse participation if requirements aren’t met.

  1. Smoking Policy

Smoking is prohibited in our vehicles and facilities.

  1. Photography and Videography

By participating in a tour, you consent to being photographed or videotaped for promotional purposes.

  1. Travel Insurance

We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

  1. Payment

We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and cash (USD or local currency).

  1. Booking Terms and Conditions

A non-refundable deposit of 25% confirms your booking.

  1. Full Payment Terms

Full payment is due 30 days prior to tour commencement for tours lasting 5 days or more, and 3 days prior for shorter tours.

  1. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation fees apply:

– 30% of total tour cost if cancelled 61+ days prior

– 50% if cancelled 30-60 days prior

– 100% if cancelled less than 5 days prior
