    Over 22 action-packed days, we’ll travel through South Africa, Namibia, Botswana, and Zimbabwe, covering over 6,000 kilometers of rugged terrain. Our sturdy truck is designed for comfort and safety, with plenty of space for luggage and gear.

    From the stunning natural beauty of Cape Town’s Table Mountain and the Namib Desert’s towering sand dunes, to the majestic Victoria Falls and the serene Okavango Delta, this tour is a true African odyssey. Along the way, we’ll encounter an incredible array of wildlife, including elephants, lions, giraffes, and hippos.

    Day 1:Arrival in Capetown

    Arrival CPT international our  driver guide will meet you and , transfer to our lodge.At 1600 we have a pre-tour presentation, meeting with our guide.Guide will brief you on what to expect on the tour, and destinations.

    Day 2 Cape Town

    We kickstart our overland tour with Cape town activities.
    We ascend Table Mountain, taking in the breathtaking views of Cape Town’s sprawling cityscape and sparkling harbor. The cable car ride is a thrill, and we feel on top of the world as we explore the summit. Next, we venture to the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve, where we spot baboons and ostriches roaming freely and learn about the region’s rich history and maritime significance. After a scenic drive along the Atlantic coast, we enjoy a delicious dinner at a local restaurant, sharing stories of our adventures and getting excited for the days ahead.

    Day 3: Cape Town to Namibian Border

    We depart from Cape Town early in the morning, eager to start our adventure. We drive north through the Western Cape province, passing through the scenic towns of Paarl and Worcester. As we approach the Namibian border, the landscape changes from lush green to arid desert. We cross the border at the Nakop border post and camp at a nearby campsite, ready to start our journey through Namibia.

    Day 4: Namibian Border to Windhoek

    We wake up early and drive to Windhoek, the capital city of Namibia. The city is a mix of modern and colonial architecture, with a strong German influence. We spend the day exploring the city center, visiting the local markets, and stocking up on supplies for our journey.

    Day 5: Windhoek to Namib Desert

    We leave Windhoek and drive to the Namib Desert, one of the harshest and most beautiful environments in the world. We visit attractions such as Sossusvlei and Deadvlei, and spend the night at a campsite in the desert. The stars are incredible, and we spend the evening gazing up at the night sky.

    Day 6: Namib Desert

    We spend the day exploring the desert, taking a hike and going on a scenic drive. The landscape is stunning, with towering sand dunes and rocky outcrops. We see a variety of wildlife, including ostriches and springboks.

    Day 7: Namib Desert to Swakopmund

    We leave the desert and drive to Swakopmund, a coastal town in Namibia known for its beautiful beaches and German colonial architecture. We spend the day relaxing on the beach, exploring the town, and doing optional activities such as sandboarding or skydiving.

    Day 8: Swakopmund

    We spend the day doing optional activities such as visiting the local museum or taking a scenic flight over the coast. We also spend time relaxing on the beach and enjoying the town’s amenities.

    Day 9: Swakopmund to Etosha National Park

    We leave Swakopmund and drive to Etosha National Park, one of the most famous wildlife reserves in Africa. We spend the day on game drives in the park, seeing a wide variety of wildlife, including elephants, lions, and giraffes.

    Day 10: Etosha National Park

    We spend another day on game drives in the park, seeing even more wildlife and exploring the park’s scenic landscapes.

    Day 11: Etosha National Park to Grootfontein

    We leave Etosha and drive to Grootfontein, a town in northern Namibia. We spend the day exploring the town, visiting the local museum, and doing optional activities such as visiting the Hoba Meteorite.

    Day 12: Grootfontein

    We spend the day doing optional activities such as visiting the local market or taking a scenic drive. We also spend time relaxing at our campsite and enjoying the town’s amenities.

    Day 13: Grootfontein to Botswana Border

    We leave Grootfontein and drive to the Botswana border, crossing into Botswana at the Mohembo border post. We camp at a nearby campsite, ready to start our journey through Botswana.

    Day 14: Botswana Border to Maun

    We drive to Maun, a town in northern Botswana. We spend the day exploring the town, visiting the local markets, and stocking up on supplies for our journey.

    Day 15: Maun to Okavango Delta

    We drive to the Okavango Delta, a stunning wetland area in northern Botswana. We take a boat tour or mokoro (traditional canoe) trip in the delta, seeing a wide variety of wildlife and exploring the beautiful landscapes.

    Day 16: Okavango Delta

    We spend the day exploring the delta, taking a hike and going on a scenic drive. We see a variety of wildlife, including hippos and crocodiles.

    Day 17: Okavango Delta to Chobe National Park

    We leave the delta and drive to Chobe National Park, another famous wildlife reserve in Botswana. We spend the day on game drives in the park, seeing a wide variety of wildlife, including elephants, lions, and giraffes.

    Day 18: Chobe National Park

    We spend another day on game drives in the park, seeing even more wildlife and exploring the park’s scenic landscapes.

    Day 19: Chobe National Park to Victoria Falls

    We leave Chobe and drive to Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe, one of the most famous waterfalls in the world. We spend the day exploring the town, visiting the falls, and doing optional activities such as white-water rafting or bungee jumping.

    Day 20-21: Victoria Falls

    We spend the the 2 days doing optional activities such as visiting the local market or taking a scenic Rafting or village tour.
    In the evening, farewell dinner as we reflect to this incredible tour.

    Day 22 : Departure

    10am Transfer to VFA airport for your international flight.

    Terms and Conditions

    – The tour price includes all accommodations, meals, and activities as listed in the itinerary.
    – The tour price does not include international flights, travel insurance, or any optional activities or expenses.
    – A deposit of 20% of the tour price is required to secure your booking.
    – The balance of the tour price is due 30 days prior to departure.
    – Cancellations or changes to the booking may incur additional fees.
    -This is an Overland Truck trip with long driving distances on African rugged terrain  , a certain level of fitness/health is highly beneficial.

    Please note that a Cash payment of $200 or Approx 3200 Rands per person will be required on the first day of the tour to cover additional expenses such as:

    – National park fees
    – Local guides and tips
    – Vehicle expenses (e.g. fuel, toll gates)
    -unforseen costs on the road/tour

    This payment will be collected by your guide on the first day of the tour. Please ensure that you have sufficient cash with you, as credit card facilities may be limited in some areas as tour progresses

    – Please ensure that your passport is valid for at least six months beyond the date of your return.
    – Please check with your doctor or a travel clinic regarding any vaccinations or medications that may be required for travel to Africa.
    – Please purchase travel insurance that covers medical, trip cancellation, and trip interruption.
    – Please pack appropriate clothing and gear for the season and activities listed in the itinerary.
    – Please bring a copy of your itinerary and contact information for your emergency contacts , your departure flights numbers and anything you think will be vital to us and our guides.

    – The itinerary is subject to change based on weather, road conditions, or other factors.
    – The tour operator reserves the right to cancel the tour if the minimum number of participants is not met.
    – The tour operator is not responsible for any injuries or damages that may occur during the tour we encourage you to have Insurance

    Payment Terms

    – Payment may be made by credit card, bank transfer, or check.
    – A 3% processing fee will be added to credit card payments.
    – Bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the client.

    Cancellation Policy

    – Cancellations received more than 30 days prior to departure will incur a 10% cancellation fee.
    – Cancellations received 30 days or less prior to departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
    – No-shows will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
